Bohemian FC is delighted to confirm the signing of defender Sarah Power from Treaty United.
Power rejoins the club having previously lined out for the Bohs U17s in 2020. She spent the 2021 and 2022 seasons with Peamount United before making her big breakthrough at senior level with Treaty last season.
Power said: “When the opportunity comes to sign for a club like Bohs, who are very established in both the men’s and women’s leagues, it’s one you can’t really turn down.
“Being at the club in the past, I know the structure, and I am just really happy to be here.
“Ken Kiernan has been brilliant from the conversations we have had. The main thing for me is that I like to play football on the floor, and that is one of the main things Ken – that we want to play football working out from the back, which really drew me in.
“He was open about what his goals for the season are, and that made the decision to join really easy for me. I want to push myself as far as I can go, and try and improve week by week, match by match.
“We all want to push as far as we can in the league this season, push against the big teams and hopefully bring silverware back to the club.”
