BOHEMIANS WNL/INNER CITY HELPING HOMELESS JERSEYS NOW ON SALE

Bohemian FC WNL/Inner City Helping Homeless Launch

The Bohemians WNL team’s home and away jerseys are now available to order from our online store.

This season’s WNL jersey displays the logo of Inner City Helping Homeless as the club seeks to raise awareness for the plight of Dublin’s homeless, and for the work ICHH do to support them.

Ten per cent of profits from the jersey sales will go to ICHH in what is our long-awaited inaugural season in the WNL.

Phibsboro Shopping Centre owners MM Capital came on board to sponsor the WNL team this season but took the decision to facilitate the club using the jersey to raise awareness for a good cause.

Derek Poppinga of MM Capital said: “We are delighted to partner with the Bohemians women’s football team and join them in supporting ICCH, which does incredible work helping those most in need.

“We have been lucky to see first hand the great work the club does in the community – the perfect reflection of which is the choice the team have made to put ICCH front and centre.

“We wish them every success for the season ahead on the pitch and continued success with all their community initiatives.”

Bohemian FC Chief Operating Officer Daniel Lambert said: “We would like to thank Derek and the team at MM Capital without whom this would not be possible.

“Their support of our WNL team is fantastic but to then allow ICHH take the jersey profile on top of that is a huge gesture for which we are extremely grateful.

“Outside of football, we have worked with MM Capital for several years now on the regeneration plans for both Dalymount and Phibsboro Shopping Centre.

“We look forward to continuing our partnership on and off the pitch as we move towards the regeneration and redevelopment of these two iconic sites.”

Please note that there are only adult sizes at present, but we hope to add children’s sizes in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, donations from supporters collecting bunting from Dalymount Park on Sunday raised a further €1025 for ICHH.

Due to the demand for the bunting to celebrate our 130th anniversary, our volunteers Susan Lambert and Beth Sexton will be making more.

The extra bunting will be available to collect from Dalymount on Wednesday between 5pm and 6pm, with a minimum donation of €5 to ICHH.
