Congratulations to Bohemians U19 defender Andy Lyons who has been called up to the Ireland U18 squad for next week’s international friendly double-header against Romania.
The 17-year-old, one of the latest members of the Bohs southside contingent, originally joined from first-team manager Keith Long’s former club St Joseph’s Boys.
He has starred for Graham Lawlor’s SSE Airtricity U19 League champions last season and last month signed professional terms with the first team having been included in Long’s matchday squads towards the end of 2017.
