Bohemians can confirm the club has agreed an undisclosed fee for the sale of Ayman Ben Mohamed to L’Espérance Sportive de Tunis.
The agreement is subject to international clearance, the player passing a medical and agreeing personal terms with the Tunisian club.
Ben Mohamed, 21, joined Bohemians at the start of this season having previously lined out for Longford Town and UCD.
His starring performances this season saw him earn an international call-up from Tunisia for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Djibouti in June.
The London-born midfielder, who moved to Ireland with his family when he was two, qualifies for Tunisia through his father Lotfi, who is originally from the Tunisian capital Tunis.
