At Bohemian Football Club, we believe in the power of football to be a force for good in society. We’re seeking a passionate individual to spearhead our Football Social Responsibility (FSR) initiatives. As the Head of Community, you will be the driving force behind our FSR strategy, championing causes close to our heart and aligning them with the club’s core values.

Your role will be multifaceted; from implementing the newly launched Football Social Responsibility Strategy to leading pioneering projects such as ‘Pride on the Pitch’ and ‘Football Works.’ With an eye on promoting diversity, anti-racism, inclusion, and education, you’ll also oversee our current social outreach programmes, making tangible impacts in our community.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll work alongside partnership bodies to amplify our programs, discover funding opportunities, and coordinate events that resonate with our mission. Your leadership will help to further our leadership on social responsibility in football.
